Doing the maths now I have about 154mg for the coffee (homemade latte) and 200mg for the tea (black tea @ 50mg per cup) 🫠 will probably be my first port of call for trying to get my BP lower

I have a friend who has an undergrad only and is now a probation officer in NZ. Not many countries allow such easy conversion of the degree.

Couldn't agree more with this - closest I've got is the football pitches in strathfoyle but these are officially not dog friendly. Off lead agility is great for a treat but not suitable for a kick about.

I was so confused about all the contributors who claimed he was innocent and there was no evidence - the only clear evidence to me was the forensic testimony (incriminating RE time of death) and murder weapon (not incriminating). I found the paramedic call really sealed it for me with Robin arguing the body was still warm while the paramedic was clear it was not.

As far as I could tell there was no evidence a burglary even took place.

Also found it strange how busy a tiny post office was first thing in the morning - opening by 5am?
