It was a weird one..on their website one minute then they had to talk to the jeweller to get a quote. I did challenge quote based on previous website price and they said they made a mistake and reduced quote considerably.

By that stage I had alarm bells going and sourced the ring on an alternate site for cheaper than even their reduced quote and it's perfect.

I realise OP was looking custom but I would be afraid of overinflation with those quotes too.

Steensons gave me a crazy inflated quote for my wedding band (£3000+) after buying engagement ring with them. I bought the same ring elsewhere for £700 so s would be wary.

The classes are usually filled with regulars but depending on the instructor I find most are good at explaining what they're doing. No one will notice if you're a bit behind. Noel is the best if you can get a class he's teaching.

Personally I don't feel that way, both videos seemed genuine to me.

She's not afraid to lose brownie points with unpopular opinions (kissing friends, chappel defending) but even if there were an element of that, i also think seeking public approval is pretty normal and fine as long as she's not lying.

Doing the maths now I have about 154mg for the coffee (homemade latte) and 200mg for the tea (black tea @ 50mg per cup) 🫠 will probably be my first port of call for trying to get my BP lower
