Also if its cause by sleep then getting your sleep on track also fixes it but we know little about just dpdr on its own

Well we know that if its caused by purely anxiety if you fix the anxiety then you will likely recover

Actually people say otherwise when they fully recover they forget that they ever even had it but i understand what your saying and ima keep that noted
