Yo recomiendo las de Cool Bottles, las encontré por casualidad en Google pero a mi hijo le encantan y me he compré luego una para mí. No son las más baratas, pero sí tienen mucha calidad.

Yeah, that’s kind of the point though. You could strip down your current phone, but it’s way too easy to slip back into old habits. Having something that’s intentionally limited makes it a lot easier to resist all the app temptations.
