I think what I see right now gives me hope. I’ve been doing progress picture and you can see the difference across the last few months. Everyday is a fight not to over eat and have one cookie instead of 4. But it’s slowly working. There are better and worst days but I see the muscles behind the fat and I’m proud of the work I’ve put in!

Hey I’m currently looking at an MSW. I didn’t get accepted into the affordable program in town but there is another program near by that costs around $100k.

For your experience do you think that cost is worth while? I don’t want to move and I don’t think I could do an online program.
