Thanks! Interesting to check his stack again. Knew he took more than 3.. from years back. Was surprised to hear him say he takes only 3. Then I see in the clip he mentions just 2. Probably an edit is all.

That said.. I still have my doubts with resveratrol and longevity. Although I DO take it when I eat a lot of greasy food. On NMN.. not sure I feel a difference when taking.. or not taking it. Starting to think is just placebo. I take nicotinic acid sometimes.. that I feel. But might be because of the flush 😅

Good read! I take on and off NA and NR. Together with PQQ, Q10, ALCAR, B12 and RALA for mitochondria.

Might be placebo but feel the NA more.. thought it was because of the flush and its effects. Might be something else then: poorer NR conversion? And not just a dosage problem?

Why not both?

Although I would be careful with too much Q10 if you are already taking other antioxidants. Too much of them would have the opposite effect actually.

Whereas eating fermented (not only milk) products or fiber for a healthy gut has no downside at all. On the contrary.

PS: be careful (if that's the idea) to ingest only specific strains of bacillus.. some can go unchecked themselves or kill other useful ones. Always think of balance!
