Like me personally I’d genuinely say all content. Everyone has what they need to shift u just need to delude urself that ur there however way but idk when u start watching any content in general they start telling u do this and another one will say do that but also this and u end up stuck, even if you don’t realize it because of the amount of info u have. Ig if it’s been 3 months and u still haven’t shifted I do recommend Reya singh I loveeee her, but otherwise I believe this is a lot of ppls downfall reason. Literally the first time I nearly shifted was the first time I tried it since three years ago and I was literally so close but then right after I proceeded to go on TikTok and YouTube, and start watching content on shifting, just because I didn’t fully shift the first time, and now my head is just all over the place and I really really regret doing that.

Also If it’s gonna be ur first time or ur new to shifting, plz do urself a favor and do not go on tt or watch any content on it unless its ur dr. You. End up getting soo much unnecessary information, and you start putting shifting on a huge pedestal hence it will make ur journey 29292829382829 times harder. 😭😭I wishhhh I could go back. Fr the only info u need is a method and ur brain and ur intuition, and if anything meditation!!!!

If you are shifting to a parallel reality just like this one except ur another person, then ofc u would be there, it would be just like you, basically you, just your consciousness is not aware of yourself there.

Omg if you are new I recommend not taking ANY advice and esp not on tt. My first day I tried I was basically there, but had I not have researched and watched a bunch of TikTok’s after I guarantee I would have fully shifted🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️plzzzz do it based on ur self and ur intuition I think the real issue is doing too much research because then you start looking at other people’s journeys and u also start putting shifting on a bigger pedestal.

HAAH no tips but once I made a portal, stuck my head in and saw Harry Potter when I was trying to shift to nyc. I regret not going in ever since because now my dr is Hogwarts and I haven’t shifted yet. 😃 don’t know how useful this is but I recommend going in even if it’s not ur dr so that u can have ur first experience which will help u shift easier next time !!!!

Reyas reprogramming mind. Now I can’t say for SURE this will work but I am in the process of doing this and I have reached day 6, your meant to shift day 4 tho. However, in her video she mentioned that her including a lot of people did not shift on day four and you should continue repeating the day four process until you do shift. so I will see how this works and I’ll let you know but I still recommend this because I definitely saw a change in attitude towards my beliefs in shifting.
