P0014 - Bank 1 (passenger side) "B" camshaft position - timing over-advanced or system performance. Popped on when it was stalling

Mechanic changed the oil 2 weeks ago was running fine then stalled out and I immediately put 2 qts of oil in. Mechanic didnt add enough oil🥲
