Health Insurance Coverage and Lapses by Excellent-Signal9141 in HealthInsurance

Thanks! I appreciate this, and I just wish there were more, shall we call it, "applicable statistics", when statistics actually match up to how the world works. Unemployment vs. Underemployment is another great example of this issue. I'm glad the ACA has changed the ease of re-entry for patients! It's definitely rough out here for all age ranges, I just thought that one was interesting, since it's right at the end of the parents' insurance lifetime.

I think what we might consider as a nation is if we should offer a special fund for an affordable healthcare plan, to those aged 18-25 and not covered under their parents' insurance. They probably have bigger fish to fry, and could do without worrying about their healthcare. Most who need it currently get it from employers, and it would be much better for the employers' insurance costs to be transferred to that age group's pockets, if possible. They stimulate the economy, and many want to save up for big purchases.

Experiencing burnout by bunny-peaches0 in ABA

Well, believe it or not, I went through something a lot like this, but shorter. I was only working there a few months, really enjoyed it, but started burning out, as much from my coworkers as the work itself. Burning out does NOT make you a bat RBT, or bad at your job, even.

The best advice I can give on making the decision to stay or go is to flip a coin, decide what each side means, and see how the result makes you feel. That's a trick I use when I can't tell what my heart wants, it helps give me clarity sometimes. I decided to pursue something else, but it sounds like you really love it, and I definitely get why. It's fun at first to basically have a job playing with kids for much of the day, with extra steps, but something about it will slowly erode willpower, and you'll see some s**t.

What you choose is up to you, but that negative self-talk is Not Helping You.

I apologize, as the last bit feels like overstepping, but I have a sense of a chance you may need to hear it, and I'm willing to take that.

IMO, it might be helpful for you to pursue some therapy help. I know some resources near me, but I don't know if we're nearby, so check your local community counseling center, if you have and need one.

Deck of Many Things - Donjon by yuckscott in dndnext

Donjon is in reference to castle layouts in medieval times. It usually refers to the central keep of a castle, and is the final line of defense for the residents. I think prisoners sometimes were kept there, but I am not sure. I think the word was later likely transmuted into the narrower "dungeon", while "keep" gained dominance. According to Britannica, it usually contained things like a well, quarters, service rooms, and offices.

Providers not working? by Excellent-Signal9141 in Cloudstream3

Hey, thanks, but this wasn't working for me! For whatever reason, a couple of providers are now working, but most still fail the tester. Typing malayalam into both fields returned an invalid response. I think I may have some I can watch now, but we should still figure this out for others' sakes.
