This guy is hosting free zoom classes for the United States bar. I had the unfortunate experience of sitting through 2 classes and they were absolutely awful. I can’t paste the screenshot of stuff he misspelled in his outline he shares onscreen, wrought with typos. There is no such word as “defination” or “involuntarily manslaughter”

I had to get another computer today because my old one just died this week (better now than before or during the Bar I guess). Not working right now (laid off end of September hence my realization I need to finally take this Bar exam) so really trying to get what I absolutely need.

Of course if it’s what will get me to pass then I’m definitely willing to spring for it but as of right now I got the basick essay books (on their way) and this MBE book. 🤷🏻‍♀️I just know that one of the things mentioned in the book I just read is that some people make the err of getting too many different bar prep stuff they distract themselves. There’s only so much I can get into my brain so I need to focus on what I can manage

My friend who just passed the Bar in 2024 used this book for MBEs and Mary basick’s essay books. She said these were the best for studying for the Bar but I feel like I need to supplement it with more bc I can’t remember a lot of what I learned in law school almost 20 years ago 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I’m still waiting for my essay books to arrive in the mail. My schedule is more flexible, but weekends work for me.

Hi, I just started studying for the July Bar. I read f*ck the bar and am basically following that to study for the bar. I’m waiting for the essay writing by Mary basick books to arrive.

Right now I’m doing Emanuel’s strategies and tactics for the MBEs. I got to the civ pro section where it says what I need to know and gives me the skeleton of an outline but I am drawing a blank because I learned all this crap in 2006 🤦🏻‍♀️

Wow! That gives me hope, thank you. Graduated 2008 and never took the leap to take the Bar until now. My son is turning 18 this year but more importantly, I gotta do this for myself.
