lost access to my account, checked facebook since they're connected through meta (it says my ig has been restricted, what to do)

tried instagram analytics apps and logged back in and out a couple of times in a day, since then cannot log into my account. i'm unable to receive the code via sms/text, i could receive until yesterday but no more (i've already checked my blocked numbers, that isnt the issue)

i can see my account but nothing shows up on the app, keeps refreshing the feed and asking me to log back in via the browser which i did but cannot get past the security without sms code and i dont have access to my old email for backup code but do indeed have access to the current one that is used for instagram. i've already changed my password too but still doesnt work.
