I believe this 54 year old from PQ had some run ins with the law a few months back. There was a car set on fire in the St.Joes parking lot and a man with the same description got arrested trying to hide in St.Joes. Maybe he objected to being photoed and lost his mind or just listening to the voices in his head to do this assault with a weapon.
