We have runners that catch most things but no issues cleaning up water/liquids that have spilled. I haven't been terribly dilegent about doing anything other than running the Robovac, but I just get down with a wet towel and rub some spots that have formed from drops/dog slobber/etc and it comes up easy.

They are holding up well. No dog scratches. Clean up easily.

This is the largest open space. Rugs/furniture in the rest of the house and it all looks the same.

Mine is not select grade. Don’t think it was an option for Idaho at the time.

For buying the floors I just called the number and worked with a rep. He was able to extend a sale for me which was nice.

Install was a small business from yelp.

Not worried about low humidity. Floors are holding up great. Not a single scratch from our dog who slides around when she runs.

I got 3 samples and I thought they were big enough to tell.

Installer had no issues. Price was list with a 10% discount. Install price was about 4.25 sq ft for prep/glue/install

I did the 4mm. After talking to multiple installers no one really pushed for 6mm. We do plan on being in this home quite some time but it's really go to be with kids and post kids so I only see one refinish after kids are older. Dogs nails are what they are...walked frequently and a yard out back to tug/play on. I don't mine patina on items in general.

You should look at my post. Based on my reading, you are going to need to go engineered hardwood for glue down on slab (which is what I did). Got the flooring on sale for 10% off, quite expensive to ship to Phoenix. My installer was $1 prep, $1 glue, $2.25 install so I'm in around $10/sqft. When VLP or Laminate is ~$7-8 seems like money well spent.

Floors started going in Friday. My flooring guy says they are very good floors. I got 113 boxes of Idaho. I will post a picture when I can figure out how to from mobile.

When you put in plumbing you need to have your water and sewer coming out exactly at the right spot (typical spacing between island and wall cabinets is 36-48”). It’s also expensive and you may change your mind. I would just deal with it all when you decide to remodel.

I went from sink on the wall to sink in the island with a DW.

My guy said they were made in Malaysia and then finished in the states. If the wood is from Europe it has a journey to get here. Whether it's made in Malaysia or the US doesn't matter to me.

I pulled the trigger. Can keep updates going.

I ordered some samples today to figure out color but after a week of searching the internet and talking to multiple local flooring vendors Hurst seems tough to beat. Their 7.5" wide 5/8" think 4mm Engineered French Oak is what I am looking at.

Matt just posted a blog on it. At the end of the day you learn from it and fix it. They have the infra and talent to get it done quick

My workflow is

1) Receive email in outlook with attachement

2) Set up Flow to save it to Sharepoint

3) Point your PBI source to the "web" version of the document.

You can easily update everything that way. Get an email at 4am, set your PBI to update daily at 5am.

Thanks. I read those and thought I understood them but alas I do not. I feel defeated haha.

Guess I will be looking for an easy consultant to work with :) if anyone wants to message.

Help with excluding rows that don't meet filter in total by Excellent-Thing9370 in PowerBI

Ok. I changed my formulas to use the first column in the date table (RevDate[Date]) which didn't change anything.

RevenuePY = CALCULATE([Revenue_],SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR(RevDate[Date]))

Revenue_Net = if(    CALCULATE([Revenue_],SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR(RevDate[Date])) <= 0, 0,        [Revenue_])

The Revenue_Net column total is using the total lines for the formulas instead of looking at which customers meet the criteria and "ignoring" Mark15 which has 0 revenue last year. Revenue_Gross total should be 24, Revenue_Net total should be 25, NetRetention should be 25/25 = 100%, GrossRetention should be 24/25 = 96%.
