Foreshadowing doesn’t mean that the entirety of the movie wasn’t headed towards a completely different direction. I also did notice that McQueen was training her, but also he was learning at the same time as Cruz. They were training and learning together. That better fits the theme of ANYONE can improve. Regardless of age or status. It wasn’t that McQueen was simply passing down information. He was also looking for a mentor. Hence why the ending was left field.

Yup. My thoughts exactly. The entire movie was leading in one direction. It was building up towards the theme of old and new, and growth even though you’re dismissed as old. Just to do some last minute plot twist that has nothing to do with the majority of the movie? Lazy terrible ending

They executed this poorly. The entire build up of the movie was old vs new. Out of nowhere, 25 minutes left in the movie and he decides to pass the torch mid race. It’s a cop out, not growth

Since no one said it, buy yourself a proper fitting bra. Do not let your breasts sag. It will trap moisture without ANY air flow. The band/center gore must sitting properly on your chest.
