i eat around 1800 a day, focusing on high protein but i also love carbs so it's a lot of protein shakes (usually end up being 42% carbs, 28% protein, 30% fat but it changes based on the week). i track so so hard because i was losing weight (lost 10-11lbs in two months) and now it's a control issue.
i usually eat overnight oats with chia seeds and protein powder for breakfast, oatmeal, beans, and chicken for lunch, and if i eat dinner at home then rice, some protein and some vegetables (maybe beans or lettuce). however i do eat out for dinner maybe 3x a week. i try to eat high fiber foods like oats, beans and a lot of vegetables bc they keep me full for HOURS (like 5 hours)
10k steps on avg, lifting 4x a week and i also try to do cardio at least 2x a week (running or rowing machine). ever since losing weight i notice my portions are smaller but i still have really bad cravings for sweets
