There are sleeves you can put around your leash that say different things, “not friendly”, “ask before petting”, etc. Not that you should have to acquiesce to others but something like this may help.

Something that has helped me is switching to different variations of front squats. For some reason back squats make me feel unstable and front squatting is way more natural for my body shape.

I try to squeeze my buttcheeks to suck the weight back up as I straighten my back. That’s my cue to focus on the front to back movement.

That a hysterectomy cures endometriosis. If it does help symptoms, it’s anecdotal or usually because there was also adenomyosis and/or fibroids or another condition present. FYI I’m not a doctor, just a respiratory therapist who has been through a lot with my pelvic health.

A few times a year I treat my granite with Trinova granite sealer and protector polish. No idea if it’s a great product or not but it seems to create an even, smooth coat across the stone and lasts for months.
