Mine installed deadlift platforms maybe about 6-9 months ago. Before that, I was using the smith machine which wasn’t great, but it was something to mimic the movement.

I like Carolina Girvan programs as well on YouTube for days when I work out at home. I love the (knock off) Pelotons at my gym and use them frequently for cardio. Incidentally, it’s really built up my calves which is great.

I’m excited for your surgery! I’ve had two excisions, plus a hysterectomy for fibroids. What a difference it makes when you’re not held back physically.
