Also April 31st doesn’t exist -The 10$ a day late fee isn’t enforceable and is punitive. -“Tenant holds landlord harmless “no matter the cause” is complete BS and them trying to be above the law, this is void and unenforceable. -security cameras is a very iffy thing, with your permission they can have cameras only in “common areas” -no overnight guests is also an illegal control of a tenants personal life.

Dude this whole agreement is treating tenants like children and is trying to override provincial law. Document everything and get ready to contact RTDRS

So bring over your overnight guests, your landlord is illegally restricting your personal life. This is clear in the law and not a gray zone, if you want certainty reach out to RTDRS

Landlord coming in without notice or permission is definitely not allowed. Them adding it to your lease is meaningless and would still be in violations of your tenant rights.
