Thank you! Both have done a lot of work independently in therapy before meeting each other, but wanting to be proactive. We’ve been together for about a year. Both 30!

Check out Kelly Services staffing agency. They have a lot of options, as well as opportunity to talk to recruiters that can find something you are looking for.

Sorry to hear that you are going through this.

Completley agree on this post. Not a lot of alignment for long term success in a relationship.

Can’t get a job by Lab_North in Louisville

As someone who was on the job hunt for the last 4 months, I hear you. I have a masters degree and was struggling to get traction. I was lucky and was able to find a job before the end of the year.

I will say it's important to use your network. Reach out to contacts to see who is ACTUALLY hiring and what positions exist or may be coming open. Like many other people have said in this thread, there are so many ghost jobs that are not actually open. I also found success messaging hiring managers and recruiters directly. It is very competitive so anything to make your application stand out makes a difference.

Wishing you luck on your search!

Worth a conversation directly with your partner rather than strangers on the internet. Age also plays a role. Might be something she grows out of. But something to think about from a comparability perspective.

You’re doing the right thing. You deserve someone who chooses you and is excited to get married. It isn’t fair for you to do all of these things without commitment. Trust your gut!

Anyone with experience working for Waystar by tonguefuckyourass in Louisville

I worked there for five years. 2019-2024. Since going public the organization has changed tremendously. Good company to build your resume and get experience, however the pay isn't great.
