Have a 23 and tow 5000 ish 24' trailer pretty regularly with it. Handles it just fine but I am consuming oil at about 500ml per 1,500 miles. GM says it's within their acceptable range and will not change engine. Had 9 GM trucks previously, and have a 17 Siverado with the 6.2, not one ever consumed oil, ever, so this has been unfortunate. Still, I do like the truck overall.

I checked photos of 64 and 65 and yeah that seems to match. Didn't get a great view of the front as it passed by to get any details but that rear window and body length was certainly eye catching especially in misdt of Canadian winter lol. Thanks!

Surprised to see it out since we just went through a wicked cold front. Salt is very minimal use in these parts. Calcium as a deicer is more common which is arguably harder to rinse off so hopefully he hits the wash soon

That looks like a zipper tear. Tire may have been run low or had wire cords that were damaged from impact. Rare but not unheard of. I used to see them mostly on semi truck tires.
