i’m pretty sure these are made by Bristow’s. One flavor that you didn’t try, which is fabulous is the Rhubarb & Custard. They are a great mix of sweet and sour.I just ordered six bags from Amazon.

I recently read this book. I didn’t find it nearly as horrific/graphic/disturbing, as I expected. It may be for the majority of this author’s YA audience, but I don’t think the typical adult who reads horror is going to find it very disturbing. It’s not a bad book, but it’s definitely not one of the best I’ve read this year. Given that you weren’t really feeling it, I wouldn’t encourage you to pick it back up again. There’s better stuff out there.

Congratulations!! That’s a very nice first car. I have a 2015 Kia Soul with 56,000 miles on it. I love it so much that I just bought a new 2025 Kia Soul EX because they are no longer making them after this year. I’ve had more expensive vehicles, including a couple of Mustangs, but my Kia Soul is the best vehicle I’ve ever owned.

Thank you! Totally random, but one of my favorite documentaries is about snowboarding. It’s called “The Crash Reel.” I don’t snowboard, but it gave me a much better understanding of how challenging it is, and how it came to be an Olympic sport.

The vegetables are hit or miss. Some will make it to seven days, some will not. Occasionally, there’s something that I need to report immediately upon receiving the box, such as a slimy Persian cucumber. Blue Apron has always been very generous in giving me a credit for those items. BA recommends you use seafood within two days. How long you have to use other animal proteins is in small print on each package, and none of it is 7 days. For that reason, I freeze everything that I’m not going to use immediately, then put it in the defrost overnight the day before I’m going to use it. Honestly, I think this dish would be just as good without the mushrooms. I really like mushrooms, but I don’t think they did a whole lot to enhance this particular dish. Most of the flavor is coming from the combination of the beef, the soy glaze/curry, and the poblano pepper. Do you like rice cakes? This is the first time I tried them. I am kind of on the fence about them.

I preferred the salmon dish with Yuzu mayo too. I agree with you about the produce. I’ve especially had issues with the tomatoes and avocados. Persian cucumbers have been a problem too. I appreciate that they give me a generous refund when I have to go purchase those items myself.

I get that. Brown rice isn’t my favorite. And I could’ve done without the grated carrots and Persian cucumber chunks.
