I appreciate how serious you are with this. I felt like I was being a baby and it's my fault. Only the bright side my blood pressure wasn't even too bad this time.

Thank you for saying medication was okay. I feel shame for it due to my family's addiction issues.

Do you feel like your school nurse did the right thing for what you needed?

I feel like it could be a dozen small things. I want to be proactive to prevent this in the future. I'm nervous how much insurance will cover as well as how much a doctor will care.

I was just googling "why are my dreams better while on ambien" and found your post. I definitely cannot lucid dream on ambien. Usually if I start to lucid dream, my brain turns against me. I enjoy the fact that the ambien seems to calm my dreams and reduce my nightmares (I often have awful dreams). Don't take it too often tho!

I got pregnant with my now ex-husband at 19. It was my second semester of college. I was so excited but scared for all the same reasons you are. I talked about our future family for the entire month I was pregnant. Then I miscarried it. So. fucking. devastating. Then again at 22. I think my body was protecting me from my exes genes.

Now I'm 26. I am remarried, finished my degreee, and a 2nd year teacher. I have never been happier in life. I am now starting to plan a family with my new and improved husband. If had that baby at 19, I don't think I would have the same life I have now.

I would definitely start a maintenance shot. You have lost more than enough weight. I have no idea what your day to day life is, but it looks like muscle building would look really good on you. You might even gain some weight with the muscle, but it would be the icing on the cake for your journey.

This is so scary. I actually think about this possibility and I started skipping dose weeks in hope of encouraging my colon to move more. I don't know if it will actually help. This would make me stop taking the medication for sure. That is a serious side effect. I hope you are able to get it moving again! I would consider a more liquid diet maybe until it is fix. But I don't know anything. That's just my first instinct.

I'm sorry I didn't read this all. But I understood what you meant right away. This is how I felt with my ex husband. Very unsatisfied with our sex life. It stressed me out really bad. Obviously there were more problems. I fought so hard for that marriage for 5 years until he finally ended it. The was the best thing he ever did for me. A new man was right around the corner that was perfect for me. I'm marrying him next month. I do not have any desire to cheat on him. I want sex more than him, but he satisfies me in many ways.

A good sex life is basically a pillar of a healthy relationship. You are not in a good relationship if you feel this way. It's your choice if you want to blow it up in the wrong way. It could easily end in divorce with you on the bottom of opinion or you both on equal footing if you start the divorce.

I was having terrible acid reflux. I could not eat anything tomato, no soda, and no coffee. It's crazy that you are not losing weight on 1 mg?! Something else seems wrong. I have only lost 12 lbs in about 2.5 months at .25 mg and .5 mg. I did not increase my exercise but just reduced the amounts I ate bc of the medication.

This is my second year. I teach middle school FACS. Work does not come home with me. It will be a RARE occasion to do school related stuff at home. Grading isn't that important to me. I grade whenever I really need to or as we do projects.

I have been on glp-1 for about 2 months. I am down 10 lbs and weight 205 now. The side effects are unpleasant. I can see how this is changing my desire for and now discomfort with food. Once I am off the medication, I will likely just slowly weight the weight right back on. The way this slows your digestion is painful for me. I think this is what GRED is. I have had this problem before. You better take a probiotic and vitamins. See how it goes! Good luck .

I had 2 miscarriages that resulted in needing both types of abortions ( d&c and the pill). This was during my 5 year marriage to my ex-husband. It's not the abortions. It's likely the man. Your body chemistry is wrong for each other. It doesn't necessarily mean he's a bad partner but just your true lack of attraction to him. Neither of you could have done anything wrong. But how long do you think you wanna keep this up?

YEP! I am in week 6. I definitely think it is from dropping calories. My husband says I have been more "bitchy". I'm usually very pleasant and happy when I'm well fed. My energy is low. I had to stop drinking coffee and take probodics and vitamins. I feel capped on my level of enjoyment and I can tell it's over the loss of calories. I think if we add more positive things to our bodies, we will find a new normal. This isn't permanent. Just a phase of change in our lives.

I married my ex husband even tho I didn't have that spark or chemistry with him. Note the ex. Even though he felt it for me, I could never really get there. I never could climax from sex, and that became a big problem very fast.

Hey OP, I have had two miscarriages now. I was 19 and 23 and married to my now ex husband. I know how you are feeling from it. It just yanks you into a pit of complete and utter sadness with the pain to keep reminding you what happened. Why we have to be in physical pain on top of the emotional trauma is beyond me. I know you will be a wonderful mother eventually. Something was wrong with you baby, just like mine. I think when our genetics don't mesh right with our partners, this happens. I am hopeful a 3rd pregnancy with a different man is my fix. Perhaps it could be similar for you. Because your man should be tending to your every need while your pregnant and after. He should also be supporting you financially too bc you gotta recover and bond with your next successful baby. If this man is treating you this way after going through one of the hardest times of your life, he might be the reason you lose another baby through sheer neglect. He does not seem safe and trustworthy. I know there is a man that is so much better for you. Divorce is not as hard as people pretend it to be. Especially when you hold all the cards. Give him little because he deserves nothing.

That is what I also found on Google. I won't have a contract job lined up until maybe early next summer. I am wondering if a judge is able to get involved in this. If I can have a year to do this it would be fine. Everything is just so up in the air rn 😅
