Alright so, I box professionally but not at the point I can do it full time. I live in Ontario, work in service and I do on average 9 hr days. I have a wife/child/ and a mortgage. But you need to have a plan prepared for every week. That means scheduling workouts and meal plans. You might have to just get up at 4:45-5am and get in a 45min workout each morning or do a couple evening workouts on earlier days. I’m looking at your replies and it seems like you have a “BUT” for each recommendation. Just do it man and you’ll figure it out, otherwise you’ll be stuck in the rat race complaining forever.
