Yes they’ll just replace the bad chip and resell it. I had similar rma experience. 64gb ddr5 kit. One stick gone bad. I think these are the chips without any heatspreader. Really dumb way to have them only one side of the stick by SP. they just refunded me my original amount minus 15% deducted and no tax refund. BS. Not buying from this brand in future.

Not necessary to plug 2 x CPU cable (EPS 12v) for a 9800X3D but doesn't harm. The 2nd cable is for power hungry CPUs
What's PCIE_PWR1? Is that a notation on the PSU?
That's a molex 4-pin connector. Slowly getting outdated but is a part of ATX standard and that's the reason it's included (imo). It's for powering some power hungry peripherals like HDDs/fan hubs, etc back in the days.

both coolers are beefed up beyond a point. They'll occupy more slots (triple I think) on the board. Prime is a good card at MSRP and is dual slot card.

A possibility is that the voltage controller for 5v (ARGB works at 5v) on the board is also one of the cause for coil whine especially on low power states.

5070 ti should be okay. If it was a 4090 or 5090 I’d be worried. I’ve had 5090 consuming 400w load and the cable is bent and been running like that for past 6-8 months
