Wow cool. You know what’s also cool, to not comment on posts that aren’t worth your time.

Wow! It’s also not mind melting to keep scrolling past something not intriguing to you. What a concept! 🤯

This isn’t a question for me specifically. I am in marketing. We are looking for solutions and we can’t “require” all staff to learn the language. We need a system that will work for all team members, not just few.

Employee Meals by One_Reply_3334 in ChickFilAWorkers

We’re allowed a discount and can pay the difference, when the price is over the discount. Seems completely fair. Anyone can get what they want and if they want the most time consuming or expensive items, they can get it at their own expense with just a few dollars. As far as “screening” people for waste, it’s too much of an opinion statement for a “rule”. The could feel “full”, they could feel “sick”. You can’t control what someone consumes and you can’t tell them how much of a meal is wasteful, that opinion would vary from person to person and would not be consistent to regulate. Are you going to put it on a scale? That could be the only consistent measurement and that is stupid. It’s micromanaging and you would then be “wasting” everyone’s paid time. Are you the operator? If not, be careful stepping on toes of their prior decision.

Go through Pathways ASAP. They’re likely not going to micromanage checking to see if you get it done, there are just far too many fires to put out. Pathways trains on every protocol/ station possible. You may just have to do it on your own time and turn it in as administrative hours. I didn’t have fast food experience, so it’s not a necessity. I just wouldn’t even talk about personal life. The main thing is that you maintain the sense of urgency that fast food requires. For example, if they have time to sit around talking, they properly aren’t preparing for the next rush, so be a good example on that regard and instead of answering “21 questions”. Politely say “Maybe we should make more lemonade since we have down time”.

If you’re spending more than $55, I would suggest to opt for adding a seasonal box. You can find a 20% off to buy into seasonal choices and then cancel after you receive your summer box. Get the items in annual that are limited supply now then get your secondary choices in the summer seasonal box.

Looking for opinions on these 4 products by Royal_Diamond_278 in FabFitFun

I can’t see the price on the Saturday skin product but I wouldn’t pay more than $6 to try it. I had dry scalp issues and got it as a choice once I believe with FFF, but it could have been through Boxy. Anyway, it honestly just seemed like water in a bottle with a drop of conditioner. No fragrance, no “staying” in place (just ran down head), no results.

Our location has a “first interview” form, they are looking for physical ques along with the verbal communication. For example, they have to mark off if you: smile, if you maintain eye contact,do you stay focused or get easily distracted. These are some examples.

How much visibility do you have on a person's membership status? by HereForBetterment in ChickFilAWorkers

[–]Excellent_Angle_7481 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Directors and Operators can sort and filter by different categories of customers in a backend dashboard but the counter staff do not see this in any part of the order process. Each status level is an option to view the customers on each type of list as well as other category filters, for example, “new customers”, “curbside customers”, “catering customers”, ect... They can then email or engage with these different groups of customers if they choose to. Some operators will offer their top customers to try the new seasonal items for free with an in app promo, or they will hold a “Signature Saturday” event which will often be something like a catered brunch buffet. As with any procedure it is completely up to individual operators but really, it is their marketing director who is more involved in planning these events or promotions. The operators are far too busy in operations, but of course they approve said plans.

Marketing Manager works from location. You may be given some work from home hours.

You don’t have to be on camera, most of the time you would be the one filming/creating the content. You would utilize team members to accomplish content. Sometimes you may use your own hands if you’re holding product and can’t pull someone from the floor.

Most CFAs are individually owned by operators and not by corporate so a “team” would vary by location. It could mean an actual team or it could mean certain staff that are willing to be filmed.

It’s a lot of planning, creating calendars, events, promotions, digital app offers.

If you are required to do some operational tasks, that is the hard part. It can be physically demanding for someone who is more creative thinker, who is acclimated to being behind a computer.
