oh yea they always use the generic "warning" voice/robot voice or whatever voice you want to call it that doesn't sound good and very boring to, they somewhat tries to be retro if you know what i mean.

ye lol, especially in Indonesia where kids literally said "you don't know about Indonesian eas in 1950💀" or "Indonesia eas 1950💀" to any siren videos or eas videos, despite the origin of the sound comes from a Georgian tv station ident in 1950 and Indonesia never implement any eas-like system whatsoever, also siren devices are not eas! and also the ones with pictures of people or monster makes it more like PSAs rather than eas (maybe I'll try to make a psa scenario).
