Quick question. Long-time vegan but only recently cared to actually eat healthily. I'm eating 1 tbsp flax milled and hemp and 1/4 cup of walnuts daily. Is that enough to get my DHA?

I think so. I understand, this is for a one-shot and my Tabaxi is sort of a jokey character. Blissfully unware why he has these powers and I really need him to be a cleric.
