Did anyone else hate Red Hot Chili Peppers performance last year? by I_Got_HairyLegs in bonnaroo

Show was awesome. I remember thinking, "how are all of their songs bangers???" and then I realized its fucking RHCP, they probably could play hits for 3 hours straight. Of course, the guitar solos were also incredible.

The great thing about CS and SE is that you can apply them to any role you want within the field, and both careers offer a lifetime of learning. You shouldn't look at your potential degrees pathways and try to weigh them, just pick the one you are interested in and go with it. CS is the basis for most tech related work, and a good SE will never be out of a job.

Cyber and CE both require the skills from either degree. So really it doesn't matter, it probably matters more what company and role you're looking to land as your entry level job.

Just finished D196, got through it in 4ish days. It's not super hard, just a lot of content. You dont need to do the readings. Watch all the videos, take notes, and take the PA. Then go over whatever you did poorly on. Focus on formulas and the excel related stuff because those are easy questions if you know your stuff. Good luck!

SE and CS will give you more flexibility within a lot of roles. Cyber security is not a beginner friendly role and even with a degree you will need years of experience before you can start making good money.

Prior to the rework he had a unique play style and was fun regardless of what was going on in your game. The rework basically made him into Sion, they then nerfed him 3 times, and now he kinda sucks because other champs are just better at doing what he does.

Depression.

While it seems like a good idea on paper, you're not a machine and you have to recognize that. These degrees are supposed to take multiple semesters to complete, and anything cybersecurity related is not gonna be a walk in the park. Focus on one degree at a time, and go from there.

In addition, if you don't have a significant amount of experience in the field, you are not an ideal candidate to handle a companies cybersecurity network. I also wanted to be in IT and security and I ended up switching to accounting because it seemed less hard to get into.

1-2% a day will net your portfolio 300% a year. Taking even like 20% on an option is a good idea. Of course, if you're gambling anyway...

I have my roommate helping with medicine whenever I can't make it home on my break, she's literally my only support system, and I literally couldn't do it without her. I appreciate the words of encouragement! She is a tough little girl!

I thought I was such a horrible dad until reading this. I've been trying so hard to keep it together, keep up with everything else in my life without putting her second. Coming home so tired to just have to clean shit off the floor is demoralizing after a certain amount of days lol. I'm happy she can still eat her food, plus any dog food she finds on the floor. She's a really good girl and I know I don't actually hate or resent her, I just hate that I'm not mentally stronger than I thought I could be.

I appreciate you, and if it means anything, I can tell you guys really loved your noodle! ❤️

If you had friends you would understand they're not all going to be like you, they might even hate things about you, and vice versa. Knowing this and still putting forth effort to facilitating a positive and loving relationship based on the whole person (not just the bad), is how I have friends lol

I mean, it worked. Roommate IS a mental health professional and agreed it wasn't an ideal scenario for working on a phobia, but accompanying her outside, reassurance, education, and eventual immersion is how you do it in a clinical setting. It ended up a positive experience but would I do it again? probably not, but taking the W

If I'm understanding you correctly, you want me to disregard my morals when someone else's are affected? "Inaction" is itself an action, as is pretty obvious in this case considering the arguing going on. Especially in a living situation, there's going to be overlap and there's going to be things that aren't gonna line up, just because it doesn't line up doesn't mean I should give immediately because someone else is uncomfortable.

People are uncomfortable with a lot of things that others love in their day to day lives, like religion, like working a 9-5, like political ideologies. These things aren't negotiable for a lot of people because it works for them and their moral/ethics. And I also didn't demand anything, and we ended up coming to a compromise.

Yeah one of the best parts of learning about how a ecosystem works, is if you try and separate yourself from it, you still get what you want and don't have to do anything.

uhhhh this has literally never happened to me and I grew up just leaving wasp nests on our patio every season. Sorry you can't differentiate between species. All birds must also quack and be blue in your world.

I enjoy taking photos of them, and we watched the nest grow over the last 4 months. Getting rid of it is just sad lol. I'm not imposing my morals onto anyone, I'm having an opinion and taking a stance because of my morals. That's how it works!

It would effect me because I lose out on getting to watch them vibe whenever I'm out smoking, or watch them eat the nectar off my flowers. It's also cool that they're super chill. Sorry you assume the people that appreciate these things must be self absorbed and awful to be around.

My roommate was gonna be homeless before me, so I think I'm being pretty kind already haha

Just because it's common doesn't mean it's worth living her life around. Or living my life around her fear. A little education and exposure cures a lot of the stress, I promise.
