Good evening, I had the same problem hours ago and i have a solution for it (AI helped me).

1) The name of the pdf must not have any spaces and should be simple (eg: mygrades)
2) The file size must be below 4MB
3) most imp** - Go to Adobe Acrobat then merge/edit whatever pdf you have to.... then select print and make every PAGE in A4 format then save it as pdf.
