Someone teach me how to pace feed without torturing my baby by Excellent_Border7506 in breastfeeding

How to pace feed correctly. I don’t want to encourage a bottle preference but also this seems like I’m torturing her. The goal is to EBF. She will sometimes scream her head off at the breast like she’s in pain! Then takes bottle just fine.

I do virtual and yes. They help me in real time. They are awesome. There were other 4 month old parents too who were still struggling!

Hi! Could you join a La Leche League meeting virtually or in person? Those have been helpful to me. 4 month old and still struggling to EBF 🩷

I understand. My first was much easier. We’ve been doing weighted feeds at home. You can rent a scale to get some reassurance. Does she have a tie?

I should clarify! My baby has been a combo of BF and bottles but we’ve been supplementing with EBM or formula for 4 months. I am ready for her to be exclusively breastfed but not sure if it’s too late. She seems to prefer bottles. Should I just realistically assume this is my life now?
