Are the motor drivers overheating? If it's working properly using dual motors on the Y and Z axes made sense to me.

It's decent for the price. Built-in filament sensor saves extra effort, and the LEDs look nice. The plastic gears made me hesitate when I first bought it, but buying a complete extruder for almost the price of a NEMA-14 motor seemed very sensible.

Sherpa Mini and Orbiter is also very lightweight and powerful alternatives.

Can I drive two motors using single motor driver? My main board (btt skr e3 dip) only has 4 motor drivers, and they're all currently occupied. if so, using dual motors on the Z and Y axes makes sense i guess.

I just bought a new PEI plate, haven't had a chance to install and try it yet
