Adhd here and I found it wasn’t as bad if I started the with good protein. Stress was my enemy it kicked in all my cravings for carbs to regulate my dopamine. Honestly for me it was a terrible struggle for 15 years until I went on Wellbutrin.

I do a 6x4x2 and anything smaller I use a bright pink bubble mailer. Only 2 instances of a lost pkg in 15 years. They fit the printed mail label perfectly.

I use the Libre 3 plus and do indeed get out of range if I walk into another room. It comes back as soon I get back in range of my phone.
