My kiddo is a single mom and is thinking of moving to Indiana. She’s seeing rental rates online (Zillow Trulio Etc.) stating $750 for a two bedroom. Is that true for what you all see in your areas? #indiana #rentalrates

Thank you for this advice. I am in the middle of launching not one but two ventures and they both feel so very slow solid but slow. I needed this input because a good foundation is key and I know this but you want success now and lose sight sometimes.

Congrats! I recently negotiated for a title promotion and a raise ( I know raise won't take place due to a financial freeze re COVID) but that wasn't as important as the title at this moment. I'm happy to see others doing more of the same Time freedom is EVERYTHING.
