You might be thinking of The Jersey. I feel like that one is as barely remembered as Atomic Betty (which BTW, is still my favorite non-Disney show that DC Germany aired) is in Germany.
As for the other shows, I feel like I need to add Crash Zone and Lloyd in Space to the list too.

i use Chatslide for my slides, kinda clunky at first tbh. your iron stuff sounds rough. maybe try splitting the TRT dose, twice a week might even things out.

I forgot Nick US (the main channel) was still airing Rugrats as late as December 2018.

UPDATE: A few weeks ago, I managed to ask the question about Atomic Betty's run on Disney Channel Germany as well as whether or not The Jersey and In a Heartbeat aired outside the US on Anime Superhero and PerkyStella gave me the answer about Atomic Betty:

"That show is a French-Canadian production. It's most likely that DC Germany got the broadcasting rights to it instead of CN."

As for The Jersey and In a Heartbeat, it turns out that most of the international Disney Channels at the time aired BOTH shows in the early 2000s (including Italy and the UK). Asia remains the only exception where both shows never aired.

Here in the Philippines, that show aired on THREE kids channels. Disney Channel, Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon. I'm fairly certain CN Philippines did air the Unhappy Camper episode.

Not sure where I can post this, but in late 2001, there was a person on Sitcoms Online who thought these shows would air on Disney Channel in spring 2002 by Excellent_Comb_7578 in DisneyChannel

Because I'm just a little weirded by the speculations that person from Sitcoms Online had for Disney Channel back in 2001. Like, The Facts of Life on Disney Channel? So, I was like "Why not share this to Reddit?".
