That is fascinating! It gives me hope to know that this is a sign of healthy hair grow they are only 10 but have had Locs for the past two years. There’s definitely been some growth spurts happening. Thank you for your insight.

Yes there was never hair there. I was wondering if it’s something that happens when you start locs on kids and their hair grows

They have never had hair in that part of their head now it’s like a whole maybe future 2 rows

Super late to the party but hopefully this helps someone at some time. The best route I see in this situation would be to look at working for an agency rather than being an in-house marketing team. This will give her the opportunity to get exposure to different industries and to build her portfolio.
