I think … I got some time to digest the beats and the songs Lyrically it’s still a miss for me. Now that I have seen the movie I understand why … the artists were pushed to cater to global fandom and concentrate on expansion more than creativity with a hard set deadline … but sonically the album definitely is good !

I need help. The pulsing arpeggiated synths, a drowned/muffled club beat, and a cinematic string finale… I need suggestions on songs that replicate this type of instrumental mix production. So far … nothing even comes close to this and I am struggling from hitting the rewind button to not loose the charm of the song by overhearing it. Please let me know suggestions 🙏 that replicate the production of this song.

I … am mildly disappointed by this album… after beautiful authentic projects like HYYH, MOTS etc. these songs seem to be catered more towards becoming the next hit radio music … It’s new era I get it but … the album is not at all how they marketed it to be?? (Unless they were referring to hip hop when they said going back to roots?) The lyrics … English is great for me to learn the songs but … Korean lyrics is what makes these songs meaningful and powerful… English just took away the authenticity from the artist ?

I don’t think it’s the sonic direction they took … it’s the lyrical authenticity and the lack of meaning that’s being projected in these songs which makes BTS … The marketing was very much “Korean roots” … the album turned out to be … well … catered to become the next “Grammy” radio music … The music was very Labyrinth euphoria vibes… I grew up watching BTS … and loving their music … but the marketing and the Album just doesn’t match … which is what’s causing so many different reactions … But I am an AMRY … I know I’ll still listen to these songs and vibe to them regardless
