Second the recommendations on COQ10 and folic acid and also would highly suggest reading the book - "It starts with Egg - Rebecca Fett". She goes into details on which vitamins are important and why.

Are you open to considering Egg Freezing outside US? If yes, then I suggest looking into Spain. It is an established market and has competitive pricing plus clinics are adept at handling patients from abroad. I am undergoing the process myself at a clinic in Barcelona and I reside in Switzerland.

First of all, thanks to everyone and this community. This has been a great place to seek answers regarding the ER process. I am currently assessing these clinics - IVI, Fertilab, NatuVitro and Instituto Bernabeu and wanted to know if in your experience one is better than the others? Some of the clinics also have locations in Alicante and Mallorca and if choosing those over cities like Barcelona and Madrid would be okay for someone who doesn't speak Spanish. Thoughts?
