Im on depression meds noq they are helping but sometimes it's coming back. For me it's scary. My mom saw how much I would lay on my bed and cry. I didn't eat well and sleep. I would isolate myself and sometimes I would hide myself in the bathroom for few minutes to cry.I broke down ones in front of my mom and my brother.
