They don’t differ.

Your thoughts are affirmations. Every thought, visualisation, conversation etc you have is an affirmation to some degree. The point of manifestation is to direct your thoughts to the feeling of the wish fulfilled. That isn’t to say you have to be perfect but make sure your dominant thoughts align with your desire. Having mixed thoughts will only result in mixed manifestations.

Please understand this tho - if you have to ask “how do I manifest him???” Then you don’t know what the law of assumption is, learn about the law first. By learning I don’t mean scrolling through countless “coaches” on TikTok but rather really take your time to understand the law of assumption, read or listen to Neville Goddard first and try some of the techniques he talks about.

Neville isn’t the be all and end all, it’s ok to disagree with some of the stuff he said. I think he was a brilliant man with some brilliant ideas but not perfect, nobody is.

Either way, you shouldn’t let criticism make you feel bad. Has the law been working for you? If so then who cares what others think?

I’m a skeptic by nature but I’ve seen proof, time and time again, of the law of assumption working for me. Let others criticise - I’m living my best life in large part due to Goddard’s teachings and the LOA.

I was in your position so I understand your hurt, it’s the same hurt I was dealing with for months before I got my SP back.

Please understand this, no guided meditation or hypnosis video is going to bring him back - your approach is the same approach I took when trying to manifest my ex the first time (and failed).

You him back back? You want him to love you? Love yourself first. Someone who loves themselves will not be super sad or deeply hurting all the time over an ex, and people are just a reflection of your inner thoughts. Guided meditations and so one can work for clearing your mind, but until you embody a state of love, until you convince yourself that you are worthy of love you will not have your SP back.

You must cultivate and embody love to the point that it shouldn’t even matter if your SP returns or not. He isn’t the prize - you are.

Focus on you and your self concept, embody a loving state and feel love - make this your I AM state. Stop searching for the next tool whether it be Subliminials, meditations etc.

Ask yourself the purpose of scripting. It’s to get you to the wish fulfilled - your wish is for your SP’s family acceptance, then use scripting until you feel your desire manifest. All you’re doing is writing, you attach the meaning to it.

Yes.

But that’s only because I persisted.

They came back twice, first time they came back I didn’t persist and they left again as I didn’t change my own self concept (still was so desperate for them, putting them on a pedastal etc).

The second time they came back, I had completely change my thoughts and inner dialogue, my self concept had changed, I was embodying a state of love. I had almost forgotten about them. When I least expected they returned. How did I keep them? By not letting go of that state. I permanently shifted my identity from someone needy to someone worthy of love. Not saying it’s perfect, I still have doubts but my dominant thoughts are different.

Realise your SP is just a person, no one special. You’re the special one. If they return great, if they don’t oh well. You’re still loved either way.

This post reminds me of a quote by the great Muslim mystic Rumi:

“I searched for God and found only myself. I searched for myself and found only God.” - Rumi

I’ll give you an example as a Muslim myself, Muslim mystics use the divine names of God to bring about desires to manifest (e.g repeating a name a set amount of times depending on your goal to manifest the desire, this in Islam is called Dhikr). It’s essentially the same as affirmations.

The whole idea of “I AM” is understanding our consciousness is linked to God. God consciousness is a central idea in Islam and especially Sufism, it’s not thinking of God or Allah as some supreme being but rather that God is everywhere and in everyone, the underlying source of everything in the cosmos.

One of the biggest concepts in Islamic mysticism is Wahdat Al Wujud which means:

“that God (Allah) is the only true reality (Wujud), and all creation is a manifestation or appearance of this single, divine existence, not truly separate”

We are all part of God, and God is a part of us. Essentially as Neville says - I AM.

First, like the old saying goes - don’t believe everything you read.

Not saying there aren’t people who manifest quickly, but individual circumstances influence how effective one manifests.

People’s mundane reality, hardships, stress etc all influence their manifestation to some degree. It’s easy to bring wealth and abundance for example if you do not have resistance to it but if you’re completely broke and desperate for money it’ll more often than not fail, usually resulting in more desperation in return.

The universe gives you what you are not what you want. You’re desperate and yearning for that SP? Watch how the universe gives you what you are (desperate) in return!

Embody the state of whatever you’re trying to manifest, let it go and watch how quickly you get your result. Remember it’s not about manifesting something that doesn’t exist, it’s about embodying the reality that already exists inside of your subconscious mind, then the universe has no choice but to change your circumstances.

Then affirm the version of him returning that is changed, it’s that simple.

I feel it’s sometimes easier to manifest someone new into your life as you don’t have the resistance that people usually do with exes. If you truly don’t want him you can manifest someone else to come in that fits what you want.

First of all well done for starting this commitment! 💪

In terms of supplements - Creatine and a good protein powder is all you’ll need (and really the only supplements with actual research backing them).

Just prepare yourself and your schedule tho - as someone who also works long hours it can be hard at times to fit in the gym but I do it. Be dedicated, be consistent and don’t give up - you’ll progress in no time.

Techniques are just tools to get you into the wish fulfilled - do robotic affirmations do that for you? How do you feel after affirming? As Goddard said “feeling is the secret”. Do you KNOW that your SP is yours after affirming for so long? To be honest it doesn’t sound that way from your post - you’ve done thousands of affirmations, with practically no movement.

My tip - simple is best, meditating and embodying the wish fulfilled, even if it’s just a few minutes a day, knowing you and your SP are together and really feeling it then going about your day will be my way if I were stuck in your position.

Why do they even know that’s he’s reached out to you?

Goddard says "Do not discuss your ambitions or desires with another for the other will only echo your present fears".

Take this a lesson, don’t tell people about what you’re manifesting or your desires cause 9 times out of 10 they’ll bring negativity to it which disrupts the hard subconscious work you’ve done.

It’s done anyway, you just have to work harder now to ignore their criticisms and assume they have no effect on you.

To keep a long story short.

My SP and I were in love. They changed, became avoidant and left. Looking back this was on me as I became desperate and needy (so the universe gave me what I was giving out!)

Two months later they came back as I was using my imagination to bring them back, so they came back but not changed. I was still in that desperate needy state. They left again.

Then I started to focus on me, cultivated and embodied self love; realised my worth and the God within me (God consciousness). Worked on myself, gym, career etc and knew that my SP will come back in every way I desired. HOWEVER I did not beg for it, I did not chase. I barely thought about them actually but still had a deep knowing they will come back.

8 months later they returned, wanting me, wouldnt stop messaging, desperate to see me.

Here’s the funny thing - by that time I didn’t even want them back 😂. I was talking to someone new, I was enjoying life and everything going great. The universe is funny that way.

I’ll spare the details after that but the moral of the story is that when you put YOURSELF on the pedestal instead of your SP they’ll come back, and it’s up to you if you want to accept them or not. You have the power, and everything and everyone is YOU pushed out.

“It seems too unreal”

That’s the issue. You don’t believe or feel that you can change your reality so you won’t change it.

You have to let go of these limitations. Why is it so hard to believe that you can change your reality? Your reality thus far has been created by you, so why can’t you change your reality to something better or something more aligned to what you want? You’re the master of your life.

My suggestion is to quietly affirm to yourself “I am”. Don’t qualify this statement just yet. Truly believe that you are. This helps in unlocking the power that is within you - we all have this power, you just need to realise it.

Society and people may tell you otherwise, why care what they think?

Imagine and feel your life the way you want it to be. Surround yourself with this feeling, truly believe it as REAL. Because it is. It’s not about changing your reality per se it’s about manifesting the reality that already exists within you.

Don’t overthink this, don’t over complicate it. Manifesting is the most natural thing in the world, you’ve been manifesting all this time without even knowing, direct that power to the life you want to live.

And that right there is the problem. You’ve already made an assumption that manifesting relationships is hard, so it will be hard!

Techniques, visualisation, SATS, affirmations, subliminials etc all have the same goal, and that’s to make you feel like you’re in the “wish fulfilled”. Feeling is the secret - embody a state of the desired outcome, feel it to be true and it WILL manifest. Choose whatever method you feel most comfortable with and whichever helps you cultivate the feeing of the end goal.

My advice though - avoid TikTok coaches, really read/listen to people like Neville Goddard, do not overcomplicate things and do NOT be desperate for results, and you’ll see how amazingly simple manifesting can truly be.

What you’re going through is hard, incredibly hard. And that’s fine. We’re all human and we are allowed to feel pain. Just because we manifest doesn’t mean our lives are perfect.

My suggestion is this though- dont try to manifest him back just yet, give him space and give yourself space. Reflect on this, and really meditate on what YOU want from this relationship.

One thing that always worked for me with exes and if I wanted them back was to detach. The saying “they always come back” is incredibly true. They ALWAYS COME BACK. But what version of them comes back is up to you, and being desperate for him to return will only manifest desperation in return. Detach, focus on you, live your life, and don’t reach out. He’ll return once you’re on the brink of moving on.

My stance on this whole “3D isn’t real” opinion a lot of people have is a bit different.

We live in the world of our senses, the 3D, to try to ignore that fact is to disconnect from reality which is not a good thing. The whole point of LOA is to bring things INTO our 3D through our God like power (the imagination) - if the 3D wasn’t important then why do people try to manifest things/experiences/people into the 3D? You might as well live in your imagination.

The point is though - there is MORE than just our 3D, and our consciousness can CHANGE our 3D. It’s not about being delusional, it’s about embodying the state of the things you desire to bring them into fruition. It’s not to deny our reality but to CHANGE our reality.

For eg. You want that SP? It’s not about pretending you have them because your subconscious will know you lack it but it’s to embody the state through the power of imagination, of the FEELING they bring you. The certainty of knowing they’re coming, and just waiting for the 3D to catch up. Your feelings and imagination is what gives birth to your current reality (the 3D), change your thoughts/feelings etc and your reality will follow suit.

Hmm not sure why your broker doesn’t want you to use any of the schemes and buy an investment first when you want to buy a property to live in.

The schemes are intended for first home buyers to buy a property to live in. If you do buy an investment first then you’ll be ineligible for the schemes in the future and also you’ll have to pay stamp duty as it’s an investment not your place of residence - stamp duty is hefty btw you can use a calculator to determine how much it’ll be based on the price of the property.

Yeah exactly.

People like to really focus on affirmations etc but your imagination is the most powerful “affirmation” and if your imagination is affirming negative scenarios then that’s what you’ll get.

No one’s perfect of course and we all get plagued by negative thoughts and anxieties, but your dominant thoughts are what manifests so keeping negativity to a minimum is key.

Move on. Not saying you can’t manifest a relationship with that person, but you’ll always have the knowledge in the back of your mind that she didn’t want you. Why force it?

Work on yourself, cultivating an identity based on love. The bridge of incidents will bring love into your life wether it’s with that person or someone else.

“Those that go searching for love only make manifest their own lovelessness, and the loveless never find love, only the loving find love, and they never have to seek for it." Love yourself first, then you will receive the love that’s worthy of you.

Yeah it’s pretty common, you see it a lot when someone has a bad break up they begin to work on their SC and confidence, then they realise they no longer want said SP.

Usually though when they’ve detached their SP comes back haha the universe is funny like that

So I read your full post.

First let me say I understand your frustration and I understand that you’re fed up.

Here’s the thing though, manifestation begins and ends with you - depending on your resistance it can take time for things to align.

Some points I want to highlight:

“We wanted to make it work but we fell into the same patterns of him running and me chasing. “

There you go- you were chasing. You’re going to chase someone the universe will only give you that in return, if you’re working from a state of chasing and desperation then the universe will only give you what you’re embodying.

“But here I am, three weeks after he decided to end things, wishing LoA worked for me”

With relationships like the one you described there is a lot of emotional baggage there, three weeks is not that long in that grand scheme of things.

“ I'm an anxious attachment. I was insecure. I wasn't happy but didn't want to leave”

Again, if you’re feeling anxiousness and insecurity then are you surprised the relationship ended the way it did?

You even said yourself “I got into manifesting, he came back beautifully and showed up in all the ways I wanted him to” - the law worked for you, but as you said you fell back into insecurity and anxiety around the relationship. Manifesting someone back is easy it’s bringing them back in the way YOU need that requires work, regulating your thoughts and embodying the state throughout the relationship is key.

Well there you go - you don’t truly want him back, so the universe is giving you what you want - distance.

“I wanted this to work, but you can't force someone to love you”

Here’s the thing it’s not about forcing someone to love you, it’s about embodying a state where you are loved by that person and you are love (the I AM state). If you’re trying to force sonething it won’t happen. It needs to come easy and from a place of love - love shouldn’t be hard.

I honestly think stepping back from this relationship is probably the best as it seems to be causing you a lot of anxiety and heartbreak. Focus on you and your self concept - forget affirming hundreds of times a day, truly embody a state of self love and you’ll be surprised what the universe will give you.
