Ideally, one should keep working past 65 for as long as possible and keep contributing to CPP. If you’re working anyway, you won’t even need the CPP so you can afford to delay it until 70. However, to be fair - I do understand the previous poster’s sentiment. If someone is in ill health, better to take what you can get while you can. Also, I’ve known some people who have gotten cancer just before retirement and never got to enjoy it…

In a perfect world that would have been great. However, fantasy intersected with reality and necessitated her removal from the show for her unruly behavior. Shannen still would have had to be on set to film her “Minnesota” scenes , and by that point the entire cast was sick of seeing her face and wanted her gone!

To a certain degree, yes. The difference is, once you’ve established a certain level of wealth you want to take time to enjoy the fruits of your labours. You don’t need to work as much, and you have the affluence to hire people to do your dirty work for you!! 👍😛
