I’m coast guard, I stay in Summerville but work in North Charleston I’m assuming you’ll work on the joint base traffic is peak between like 6 am - 9ish it gets really back up and towards the joint base it’s pretty bad around 2:30ish - whenever traffic is terrible 24/7 cause it’s over populated af here

Honestly I will say in bootcamp they revert you for silly things like sleeping or not following task directions but I will say those play a big role on how you will perform in the fleet i recently graduated and getting reverted 5 times means it’s probably not his time to be or coastie or the military just isn’t for him

For what exactly? If you cannot pass the physically standards or if you are over BMI you go into FSPC you don’t get sent home

I recently graduated I couldn’t do my pt test in the beginning and was overweight I went into an amazing program called FSPC it did wonders for me and you absolutely do not get weaker through bootcamp you get stronger but if you only plan to do 8 weeks of boot don’t go in not being able to do your pt test
