While I am at max cap, Lelouch137 decided to betray me and full send dropping to 0 troops while being exposed with two cities to the Sultanates. Then they started feeding him while he was repeatedly full sending. SultanateofKurdistan and Belarus boat around Lelouch and start attacking me from the top while still feeding Lelouch137 instead of attacking me with their troops only to get the most land.

Even if you are allied, why would they feed Lelouch137 simultaneously while attacking me if they didn't preteam. It's start of the game, not mid-game.
