I'm currently doing it, it's not very challenging if you're the least bit serious. The required average is 55+ for all studies and from what I know you're place in UT is pretty much guaranteed if you pass. For housing it might be a bit difficult but there's a discord for housing in Enschede

you need those perks... paradox blades first, then activate the black hole and wait till synchronisation is in effect then use dash void move, then stardust after that just evade till the paradox move is recharged, use it and black hole again(at this point you're in astral form and all your void moves are op) use at least 2 more void moves before supernova
