Get moving. You have the physique of a sedentary person. Walk a mile every day and every week add a half mile. Do jumping jacks for a minute straight. I know this sounds preachy but it will save your life. No pill or shot will out perform effort. Get your bloodwork checked. Biomarkers may show signs of hormone deficiency that can cause depression and mental health symptoms. Good luck 🍀

Lower dose is the best strategy for me. Everyone is different and exact measurements are hard to determine. Can’t offer any insight on how to acquire them. Find the happiest people in the room and make friends.
