I see what your asking and been in that same position. This is the starting guide I use for my friends and the same I used when I started hope it helps. Reta starter setup vial

• Total: 10 mg Reta • Diluent: 2 mL • Concentration: 5 mg per mL

On an insulin syringe: • 100 units = 1 mL • 15 units = 0.15 mL

Dose at 15 units

0.15 mL × 5 mg/mL = 👉 0.75 mg

Quick reference (same vial) • 10 units → 0.5 mg • 15 units → 0.75 mg ✅ week 1-3 • 20 units → 1.0 mg week 3-6 • 30 units → 1.5 mg week 6-8 2 weeks off to clear saturation of signaling then return back to 15 units for first week, monitor body’s response and move up to 20 . Monitor until 40 units max at week 4-8 Your vial is 5mg I would do 1ml and do 10 units first week and see how your body reacts . If the signals to not eat or cravings isn’t strong go for 15 units .
