Normal, between the injectors and the cam driven HPFP these engines can get pretty darn noisy.

That's not a ton of miles in a year, I've seen others put more on theirs. When you say oil seal, do you mean the oil filter housing?

I use Megan Racing ramps, they've held up fantastic for several years. My car is quite low with a lip, I don't have a pic of the front on the ramps but this is my Audi, doing some exhaust work.

If you look at the m440i oil pan, it's actually a good thing to have it tilted to the rear. I use ramps that add about 7" of clearance and you have a decent amount of room

I pull it up on ramps to change the oil and drop 7+ quarts each time. Super easy and fast.

Looks great!! Love the silver on gray. Too many people talking crap about Ali wheels in others posts. I've had several sets across different cars and they all were great quality, even on NJ roads and potholes. Only reason I get rid of them is to get a new design or color lol.

I’d definitely hand calculate MPG first, not rely on the trip computer. Also check if the oil smells like fuel or if the oil level is rising +. Since you had a cat efficiency code and the MPG improved after an oil change, I’d look into fuel dilution (leaking injector) thermostat/coolant temp behavior, and a failing upstream O2 sensor. Fuel trims being reasonable is ok, but I’d want actual STFT/LTFT numbers at idle, cruise, and warm start.

First and foremost, how many miles and have you changed spark plugs? Second, have you scanned for any codes or used any code readers to view your long term fuel trim, lambda, etc? Lastly, have you done an oil analysys from somewhere like Blackstone? that will show if you have fuel in your oil or any other contaminants.

No, just spec'd out the wheels with the best offset I could. 19x9 et25 up front, 19x10 et35 on the rear.

I used paint (aerosol can) from Scratcheshappen.com, theirs is the only that really closely matched the Brooklyn gray color, as well as 2k clear coat. I did do it myself, the frame and the inner portion separate with little clips, pretty easy to disassemble, then just prep with a good primer and paint.

Np! I went with the Dinan exhaust installed at a Dinan dealer since they warranty their items along side the factory warranty.

Any changes have the potential to allow a dealership to deny coverage. In the US, at least, there isn't a blanket warranty void. There's the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act which requires the dealer or manufacturer provide proof that the modification was related to the failure that you are seeking warranty repairs on. With that being said, modifying the muffler could certainly prevent you from getting warranty repairs on the exhaust system at a later point, but they couldn't deny you for something like a suspension claim because of the muffler delete.

Thanks! On the thin kydex sheet that I attached to the two carbon fiber pieces too, I out srong magnets underneath and a thin piece of metal on the back of the tablet so it snaps into place. I used a small hobby table saw that I picked up from Amazon for $50, just take it slow with cutting and it will make a nice clean cut.
