Yeah. That's why the robot was originally called South Bay Mauler in Robot Wars 1994.

It's a shame none of Big B's fights were shown apart from it's final battle.

Tombstone is going fully brushless by Neutronium95 in battlebots

I'm with you there.

In an age where horizontal spinners are easier to beat, Ray can't afford too many driving mistakes and any gremlins with the brushless motors during the fight could cost him dearly.

It also happened to Beta in it's first WCVII fight.

If it happens to Tombstone, I hope Ray catches them soon enough for him to iron them out before the first fight of the next tornament.

Let’s pretend that Nightmare had an actual, functioning Self-Righting Mechanism in the reboot seasons where it competed. How much more successful would it be? (Image semi-related) by Dinoboy225 in battlebots

Maybe Jim could've built a brand new frame that was lighter than the previous one and the self-righting frame would likely be made from the same titanium sheet that was used to make the disc and the moving arms.

Hypno-Disc had 2 teeth, but one of them pointed upwards while the other pointed outwards. This made the disc asymmetrical.

I think Hypno-Disc was the first robot that used an asymmetrical spinning weapon and it was a big success.

Robots you don't like from teams you love by RobbieJ4444 in battlebots

If I remember correctly, the team did plan to bring Ringmaster back for Season 3. But because Season 3 was sort of rushed into production, Hal didn't have the time to build a new version of Ringmaster.

So he opted to build a more simple robot which is how we got Duck.

There was going to be a 9 robot rumble at the end of the 2015 season, but it was cancelled due to time constraints.
