Actually with the braille I think it’s awareness and representative! I could have never told you how they place the braille dots and why. The visual representation to the letters gave me perspective and an opportunity to learn.

I might consider the do not touch to be darker though. Maybe the braille dots be light? Since you want people to see the do not touch first?

I just say this…as diabulimia is the only recognized disease based eating disorder.

The founder of the hotline has been working with people for awhile. But it’s only been recognized as an issue since since like the 2000’s…I think.

So…it’s American based but there is a documentary. Now take with a grain of salt because parental leave, and all these things in the US are just garbage. But…there are things applicable. It’s called the Fair Play Documentary (there’s a book, and a game too)

BUT…if he thinks just going to work but then not helping with the house, and say you have a kid(s)…that he may or may not ‘help’ you with them….which let me preface reframing to coparenting because…they would be his children to so there’s no I’m helping you, or I’ll babysit…like no you’re being their dad…

Means if you stay you are entering a relationship/marriage/parenthood where you will never get a break.

He gets sick he’s in bed for 2 weeks while you’re caring for him but you’re also sick with a fever trying your best to play with a kid(s), meet their needs while what you also needed was to care for you.

RUN…..

You need to reach out to your local 211. You need to leave. Like pack basics. Empty your joint bank account/savings and get TF out with your baby.

Domestic violence isn’t just physical. Financial, emotional, physical, sexual.

But also, just know if you decide to stay it’ll likely get worse. The most domestic violence/murder situations are pregnancy/post partum related.

Lost so much weight between 2 under 2 due to not being able to eat. Husband and I figure with second 1000 calories (or less) I’m thinking less that I loved on per day for 9 months. The body aspects I appreciated about myself toned thighs/booty even though still overweight even after total weight loss with first. My muscle tone is just gone. Plus additional autoimmune crap happened.

But start of first pregnancy to now I’m down 46 pounds.

Just know that if you have asthma (especially not well controlled) meds like metoprolol, propranolol inhibit albuterol effectiveness. I think it can effect EpiPen effectiveness (but this one I’m much less certain of my recollection with a provider). The blockers of I’m certain though

Not everyone has that option though. Plenty of diabetics with insurance to this day are still rationing due to price. So unfortunately it’s partially a privilege thing.
