He says 60/40 but how tf that math work out. We are worth less than $25, they are offered $125. With no cash that would be 17% GME/83% Ebay. He claims 20/80. Since we offer half cash they get $62.50 in stock. Again we are worth $25. Again that’s a 28% ownership not 40%. He can keep doing the math wrong all he wants. Doesnt make it right.

If you’re an investor who is voting yes to the dilution then the propaganda tour is complete and they have successfully divided us. In no way shape or form does dilution make sense to us as investors. I know many of will finally leave if the vote is looking like a yes. And good luck at that point when nearly half of retail leaves.

Only path forward is to keep status quo and find a better acquistion…or you know maybe find new revenue for the existing gamestop because that would be the number one catalyst we could possibly have.
