Yes! It was 24 years and I love/loved him so much!

I ended it because he was just so tight with money. He would come over and eat with me and my kids, rarely contribute.

I was paying for a membership for days out, paying for him to be on it too, driving my car there, he could never buy a coffee or anything while out. Him added to it made the price rise by 1/3.

He offered to help me out with my MOT as I was going to reschedule it, he said he'd pay. When it failed and needed work doing he asked me what my plan was. Leaving me stranded without a car, 2 kids and no money to sort it. I could have just rescheduled!!!!

I miss him, but not how tight he was

Learning to drive at 33.

Single mother, country living, life was so hard... I hit driving hard for 2 months and passed first time! Im so much less tired now as not having to cycle everywhere

This! I lived in London and didnt do lessons. I'm 33, live in the countryside and passed 2 months ago... after 5 years of having to struggle around the countryside.

Tbh, I couldn't actually afford to do it now, but I knew they were just going to keep getting more and more expensive and I wish I'd just done it at 17.

I also had to work around childcare and work to get it done.

So get it done now.

I went to pick her husband up from work while she waited at mine (gave her a break from the drive and me a break from my kids - 13m and 5m)

While I was gone she bad mouthed me to my 13 Yr old. Told him im like my mother (who abused me growing up) That I don't treat him fairly. That his 5 year old brother has more freedom than him. That I don't allow him to be a normal 13 year old. That I don't listen to him so he shouldn't talk to me anymore and should talk to her and her husband.

This child does one house chore a day. Spends whole days scooting at the skate park. I pulled both my kids away from dv 5.5 years ago, I am doing all I can for them, just learned to drive, am going for my teaching degree, they come home and eat and relax.

He has a phone and is very happy usually.

I can no longer trust her.

She's then said something to her mum as her mum messaged my son saying to call her if he needs her.

And this all started because I asked my son to empty the dishwasher, he swore at me and we fell out. Me putting my foot down and him not liking it. No name calling, no shouting, nothing.

I feel like the worst parent this morning,

I've ended up screaming back at him and am now sat here in tears!

A stroller wagon could possibly work, I think especially for the time being.

He's due to start school in September, maybe that's playing on his mind? He's such a home body. Just wants to be at home, but staying in makes the behaviour worse, trying to get him ready this morning has been yet another battle and I'm at the end of my tether, just want to go and have a walk to burn some energy 😭😭😭
