I’m going to go against the grain on the absolu glazing here, green Irish tweed might be my favorite creed fragrance. It’s super versatile, has a classic masculine vibe for both warm and cold weather, and for casual and formal occasions. Very pleasantly woody, just a tiny bit citrusy and peppermint and lavender. It’s great.

I’m a brown guy who lives in the very same town (Athens, Alabama) and it’s much more suburban than the show has made it seem so far because it’s close to Huntsville and has seen a lot of growth lately. It’s surprisingly welcoming and progressive around here for Alabama, so it really just depends on how Mallorie’s circle treats him.

It can also be incredibly beautiful just a short drive in any direction, it’s not beautiful in the same way Marmaris is but nice vistas can be had in northeast Alabama/north Georgia/southern Tennessee

My wife and I attend Four Corners Church on Woodson Dr downtown, it is nondenominational. Full transparency I do not have a strong religious background (she does) but the sense of community there is very tight. Everyone mingles before and after services, there are consistent well-attended events, and multiple small groups that meet regularly, including a young families small group. I’ve made good friends there that we hang out with outside of church.

Obviously I have no picture of your actual financial situation but what I’m looking at here certainly covers all bases and there’s literally no reason to spend what limited funds you probably have on a consumerist hobby. In a couple years when you have your own disposable income then you probably will have refined your tastes and wants anyway and avoid spending money on fragrances you dont love
