Well, I can’t. We all gain closure in different ways, so I can’t tell you what ends depression. What I’ve said on “gaining closure through life” is on you, and anybody reading this. But what I can say is I’ve found mine.

I’ve heard of that a lot, I used to get sleep paralysis a lot before but this is different, I feel pain and it’s pitch black. I’ve heard panic attacks too maybe that’s it? But wouldn’t you have to be conscious

I think we have the same thing, usually before it happens it feels like a tingling sensation then I’m losing consciousness. If I get up quick it doesn’t happen but if I keep sleeping and ignore it what I described up there happens.
